The John Hancock Center’s concourse lobby entrance is open to the public daily from , 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.  The Delaware Street lobby entrance is open to the public Monday through Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and the main lobby entrance on Chestnut Street is open to the public twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.  Normal business hours to the Commercial side of the building are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, excluding Sundays and Holidays.
