Security Personnel enforce building regulations, maintain order, investigate building alarms, screen personnel entering and exiting the building and are on the alert for any unusual activity within the building on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis.

Security within a Tenant's space is the responsibility of the Tenant, although security personnel will provide assistance when requested.

This Electronic Tenant® Handbook lists the building rules, regulations and procedures for various emergencies that will hopefully never occur in your suite or at the John Hancock Center.
